In recent news, premier volleyball, partner of Xplosive Edge has qualified 7 teams this year for the USA volleyball national championships in Columbus, Ohio!  Premier volleyball has worked with Xplosive  Edge for the past 8 years to take their club to the highest levels of performance and injury prevention.  Over the weekend, Premier qualified 12 Gold, 13 Gold, 14 Gold, 15 Gold, 16 Gold, 17 Gold, and 18 Gold.  Xplosive Edge has a dedicated on sight training facility at the courts specifically for training Premier Volleyball athletes.  Over the years, X-edge has created and customized strategic volleyball-specific training programs.  Since the on-set of the partnership, Premier Volleyball has increased they're winning percentage by around 67% while decreasing the total amount of injuries by 88%.  With this winning combination, and now the exclusive partnership with Edge Physical Therapy, Premier has reached the heights of being recognized as one of the top 10 clubs in the nation in sending 7 teams to nationals and more teams than any other Nebraska club.  Premier Volleyball athletes that train with Xplosive Edge train for around 6-7 months during the club season.  Over the past week, the Xplosive Edge recently post tested all of the 10 and 11 yr. olds who participated in the program only to find that each vertical jump increased on average 4.5 inches!
