athlete Al Ertzner earns World Championship in World Police & Fire Games

Al Ertzner, XE athlete, and former Omaha firefighter, just keeps on bringing
home the hardware! Al, now 51 years old, just won the 2011 World
Championship in the 2011 World Police & Fire Games in New York, New York.
Al won the 1st place prize in the over 50 division. Al trains with
the Xplosive Edge in Omaha, NE. Strength and Conditioning, and the
phenomenal facilities at the Xplosive Edge has helped Al with his achievements.
Al works out about 3-4 times per week and trains as functionally as he
can to how he competes. Al has been a staple in the X-edge philosophy of
putting on lean muscle mass and training with your feet on the ground. Al
has also place 1st in the 2011 Western States Police & Fire Games and also
won 1st place in the over 50 TCA (toughest competition alive) event. Al
is also the 2011 Firefighter Combat Challenge Grand National Champ! Way
to go Al Ertzner! You are truly a machine!
