Al Ertzner, XE athlete, and former Omaha firefighter, just keeps on bringing home the hardware!  Al, now 51 years old, just won the 2011 World Championship in the 2011 World Police & Fire Games in New York, New York.  Al won the 1st place prize in the over 50 division.  Al trains with the Xplosive Edge in Omaha, NE.  Strength and Conditioning, and the phenomenal facilities at the Xplosive Edge has helped Al with his achievements.  Al works out about 3-4 times per week and trains as functionally as he can to how he competes.  Al has been a staple in the X-edge philosophy of putting on lean muscle mass and training with your feet on the ground.  Al has also place 1st in the 2011 Western States Police & Fire Games and also won 1st place in the over 50 TCA (toughest competition alive) event.  Al is also the 2011 Firefighter Combat Challenge Grand National Champ!  Way to go Al Ertzner! You are truly a machine!
